Faked Smiles, Forced Lies.

A performer, who walks the tightrope too many times a day.

A performer, who takes the world in, as the music starts playing.

Faking a smile, forced to walk on, as the crowd laughs.

The smile, which draws people in.. couldn't be more fake.

Yet people ignore the silent cry for help, and continue on watching.

A tightrope walker, who can't do anything else.

This life is the only one she has, and so she continues on.

Braving the height, the lights, everyone watching.

A life like this, couldn't be worth living.

Nobody else could possibly live like this

and so she does it, so another life could be saved from this living hell.

Soon, the fire burns the rope, and her time ends.

and the efforts to save another will be lost.

In the end, she is still..
Just another performer, on the edge of failure.






Thought this up last night, and just started drawing. I thought of the description, and it seemed like it fit the drawing pretty well.
